Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a mix of positive and negative aspects. While the rooms were fairly small and lacked enough drawers for unpacking, the front of the hotel was amazing. However, the view from my room was overlooking a parking lot and fair, which was more of an eyesore than a pleasant sight.
My stay at the Orient Isotel Jerusalem was full of contrasts. The hotel's location is amazing for tourism, being near the First Station and Emek Refaim, yet the loud music from the old train station at the front was a bit disruptive. The room was spacious with a great size bathroom, but the absence of envelopes was a small inconvenience.
The hotel had a mix of pros and cons. The rooms were clean and spacious, offering a comfortable stay despite the noise from nearby live music. The location was excellent, with beautiful views and easy access to shops and restaurants. The dining was plentiful but average in taste.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were cozy, clean, and elegant but the noise from the live band nearby was a major disturbance. The service was really friendly and helpful, except for the noisy cleaning on Saturday afternoon. The location was ideal, close to the center/old city without the hustle and bustle, and with beautiful views, especially during the Jerusalem sunset. The dining was described as enormous with beautiful views but remember there are no meat products in the buffet.
The hotel offers good and clean rooms with a fantastic view; however, it can get noisy in the evenings, which was a bit surprising for a luxury hotel. The service was friendly and welcoming, and the location is excellent with many shops and restaurants nearby.
Staying at this hotel was quite a mixed experience. On the positive side, the service was amazing and the location was great, offering beautiful views of Jerusalem sunset. However, the noise from nearby live music venues made it hard to relax in the room, and the in-room dining options were a bit limited. The price was reasonable for the value provided.
